Teak Decking

For the manufacture of teak decking, Nauteka imports and uses teak wood from Asia with FLEGT license as proof of legality and sustainability.

MANUFACTURING: First of all, we make a template of the area to be covered with teak, then it is processed through a CAD system which is then taken to a CNC machine that individually cuts very precisely each piece.

Glazing

At Nauteka we also carry out glazing work and offer efficient, high quality glazing solutions for any type of boat, from windows to hatches and portholes.

Exterior ceilings

As with decks, the manufacturing process for external ceilings begins with a digital measurement, either by laser scanner or our LEYCA TS. Our technical office will design a ceiling that meets the customer’s expectations, taking into account the appearance, design, finish, fixing systems, insulation and weather resistance.

There are several materials applicable to the manufacture of exterior ceilings, composites, plywood or solid wood, in any of these materials we can manufacture a covering that meets any requirement.
